What to know about this court
Your attorney has to appear with you
The city’s published practice is that on driving while intoxicated and excessive blood alcohol content charges, counsel must appear in court with the client at the disposition hearing, with any completed probation certificates handed up at that time. Several municipal courts let a lawyer appear alone on routine settings. This one does not, on those two charges. Plan on being there.

A Highway Patrol stop on I-70 through Wright City is usually charged under state law, which means the Warren County Circuit Court in Warrenton rather than this courtroom.
Your license case is not heard here
Whatever happens in Wright City Municipal Court, the Missouri Department of Revenue is running a separate action against your driver’s license, and it does not wait for your criminal case. You have 15 days from the date your Notice of Suspension (Form 2385) was issued to request a hearing, and the Department states that missing it means no hearing and no further appeal.
