What to know about this court
The courtroom and the clerk are at different addresses
Court is held in the Annex Building at 202 West Walton Street. The court clerk’s office and the mailing address are at 200 West Booneslick Road, with the police department. Turning up at the wrong one on a court morning is an easy mistake to make. The court phone is (636) 456-3535, extension 2.
An 8:00 a.m. docket, once a month

Warrenton has its own prosecutor
Cynthia Davenport prosecutes city ordinance cases, which means recommendations are negotiated here rather than with the county prosecuting attorney.
Ordinance ticket or state charge?
A Warrenton officer inside city limits can cite under city ordinance, which lands here. A Highway Patrol or Sheriff stop on I-70 is charged under Missouri statute and goes to the Warren County Circuit Court. A felony DWI can only be heard there.
Your license case is not heard here
Whatever happens in Warrenton Municipal Court, the Missouri Department of Revenue is running a separate action against your driver’s license, and it does not wait for your criminal case. You have 15 days from the date your Notice of Suspension (Form 2385) was issued to request a hearing, and the Department states that missing it means no hearing and no further appeal.
