Chris has worked nearly every angle of a criminal case. He started out as a defense attorney, then crossed the aisle to serve as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney — the job that teaches you how the State decides what to charge, which cases it actually wants to try, and where a file is weaker than it looks on paper.
He later spent time in family and civil law before focusing his practice on DWI defense at a dedicated DWI firm. That is the background that matters most here: he has prosecuted these cases, and he has spent years defending nothing else. He co-founded L&M Law Group in 2024.
A graduate of St. Louis University High School, Chris earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University–Bloomington and his law degree from the University of Missouri School of Law. He lives in Ballwin with his family.

Andrew T. Morris
Andy came to law the long way around. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Missouri in 2009 and spent years in research, biotech and business before going to law school. He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law in 2014 and went straight into work as a public defender.
Those years shaped how he practices. A public defender sees, up close and constantly, what happens to people who cannot afford to fight back — and how much of an outcome is decided by whether anyone was paying attention to the file. He co-founded L&M Law Group in March 2024 to change that math for the people he represents. The flat-fee model exists for the same reason.
Outside the courtroom, Andy is a father of two and a musician.
