What to know about this court
Twice-monthly evening docket
Court sits on the second and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m., with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. Because there are only two sessions a month, a continuance here can push your case out further than it would in a court that sits weekly.

Whatever happens in Sunset Hills Municipal Court, the Missouri Department of Revenue is running a separate action against your driver’s license, and it does not wait for your criminal case. You have 15 days from the date your Notice of Suspension (Form 2385) was issued to request a hearing, and the Department states that missing it means no hearing and no further appeal.
