An unusually varied docket schedule
This court sits on a rotating pattern of Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at different times of day, including a 6:00 p.m. evening session. Read your summons carefully — the session times are not consistent week to week.

Whatever happens in St. Charles County Municipal Court, the Missouri Department of Revenue is running a separate action against your driver’s license, and it does not wait for your criminal case. You have 15 days from the date your Notice of Suspension (Form 2385) was issued to request a hearing, and the Department states that missing it means no hearing and no further appeal.
