What to know about this court
There is a dedicated alcohol and drug docket
The court’s published 2026 calendar shows a standing Alcohol / Drug Docket on the second Friday of each month, Division 2, at 9:00 a.m. If your case is set there, that is why.
Go to 1520 Market, not City Hall
Some City pages still list the old City Hall address at 1200 Market Street. The department landing page and the court’s own 2026 calendar both give 1520 Market Street, Suite 1120. Use the main entrance on the Market Street side and follow the signs to Municipal Court.

Appearances are in person
Since January 1, 2025, court dates in all courtrooms are in person for trials and hearings requiring sworn testimony. Certain violations remain payable without appearing, and the City offers online payment — but a DWI is not generally one of them.
Your license case is not heard here
Whatever happens in City of St. Louis Municipal Court, the Missouri Department of Revenue is running a separate action against your driver’s license, and it does not wait for your criminal case. You have 15 days from the date your Notice of Suspension (Form 2385) was issued to request a hearing, and the Department states that missing it means no hearing and no further appeal.
